Cancelling your iTunes Subscription

If you're subscribed via iTunes, please use the steps below to cancel your subscription.

Cancelling your Subscription from the Admin Dashboard

  1. Log in on the web at account.leadscoutapp.com

  2. In the menu, choose 'Manage Billing'

  3. Choose "Update or Cancel Subscription"

  4. Proceed to cancel your subscription

  5. Please note: your access will continue until your subscription period ends, either at the end of the month, or at the end of the year. During this time, you can re-enable your subscription at any time to avoid interruption.
