Your business details like your logo, business name, contact information and description appear on the mailers you send, and the address you enter acts as the return address for your mailers when in the mail stream. Here are the steps to change your business details:

On mobile:

  1. Tap the Menu Icon in the bottom left corner of the map view

  2. Tap the Settings Icon (a gear icon) next to your name at the top of the menu.

  3. In the Account Settings - tap "Business Profile"

  4. Make your changes and tap "Save" to save your changes.

On desktop:

  1. Click "Business Profile" in the side menu

  2. Scroll down to "Business Address" and type in your new address

  3. Make your changes and click "Save" to save your changes.

Pro Tip: You can also change your business details when you're customizing your mailer.

Note: Editing your mailer template is only available to team administrators. If you are a team member, you can view the mailer template, but you won't be able to edit the content. Please contact your team administrator to make these changes.
