The business address appear on the back side of the mailer and acts as the return address for your mailers when in the mail stream. 

Note: Customizing mailers is only available to account admins. Team members can only view their business mailer and do not have the ability to edit. 

Here are the steps to change your business address:

On mobile:

  1. Tap the Menu Icon in the bottom left corner of the map view

  2. Tap the Settings Icon (a gear icon) next to your name at the top of the menu.

  3. In the Account Settings - tap "Business Profile"

  4. Scroll down to "Business Address" and make your changes

  5. Tap "Save" to save your changes.

On desktop:

  1. Click "Business Profile" in the side menu

  2. Scroll down to "Business Address" and type in your new address

  3. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Pro Tip: You can also change your business address when you're customizing your mailer.

Note: Editing your mailer template is only available to team administrators. If you are a team member, you can view the mailer template, but you won't be able to edit the content. Please contact your team administrator to make these changes.
