The offer has a huge impact on response rate. The better the offer, the better the response rate. 

Note: Customizing mailers is only available to account admins. Team members can only view their business mailer and do not have the ability to edit. 

Here's how to update your mailer's special offer.

On mobile:

  1. From the map view, tap the Menu in the bottom left corner

  2. Tap "Mail Templates" in the menu

  3. Tap "Targeted Mailers"

  4. Select a "Targeted Template" from the list

  5. On the "Front" tab, scroll down and edit the fields labeled "Special Offer" and "Fine Print". Edit this content to change the special offer on your mailer.

  6. Tap "Save" to save your changes.

On desktop:

  1. Click "Mail Templates" in the lefthand menu

  2. Select a "Targeted Template" from the list

  3. On the "Front" tab, scroll down and edit the fields labeled "Special Offer" and "Fine Print". Edit this content to change the special offer on your mailer.

  4. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Pro tip: If you change the offer, it will change the offer on all symptoms (Missing Shingles, Granule Loss, etc.)

Note: Editing your mailer template is only available to team administrators. If you are a team member, you can view the mailer template, but you won't be able to edit the content. Please contact your team administrator to make these changes.
